<p>I&#8217;ve said it so much that I&#8217;m almost sick of even hearing it any more, but long cardio DOES NOT WORK for burning fat. There is simply too much evidence to the contrary. You don&#8217;t need to do the research yourself or scour the internet, sifting through various &#8220;expert&#8221; points of view. It&#8217;s all right here and at a very, very reasonable price.</p>
