Wow. I’m glad you warned us of the “disgusting” pictures on this website,
but they sure are graphic, & certainly kick start you into thinking about the gravity of being overweight. I have in fact used this program in the past & I can attest to the effectiveness of it.

I believe that there are 2 things that contribute to being overweight. First one is your metabolism level, which you get with your birth, and which most people never change, because a) they don’t know how to, and b) it requires work. Another factor is food. A person that eats fruits and veg. for 40% of ones meals, one is going to obviously be healthy than person who eats pizzas & burgers every day. Lifestyle is also important, and your personality/mind/how you see things. Reducing wait needs a holistic approach, and takes study and thorough understanding of the problem. The book on offer here is definitely a god start.
I have heard of this diet prior to reading this post, and have actually heard pretty good things about what it can do for your health. Those pics are pretty disturbing but your right Russ better out than in. It’s such a shame here in the USA today we have such an obesity problem and our culture totally promotes it to only get worse. This diet looks as if it could help people out who are actually COMMITTED to losing the weight not just fancy the idea
I definately agree with the detoxification of one’s colon in order to get rid of the excess, unwanted bulge. Many people are oblivious to the fact that food that has “collected” in your colon can prevent you from losing weight no matter what “diet” you choose to follow or what exercise you opt to try.
This may be true. I once lost a lot of weight because I was sick but I noticed that my belly still has a bulge. I was really skiny then. I wasn’t eating much because I had no appetite. There is still fat in my belly which I suspect won’t go away unless I clean it internally.

I tried this system. I did lose weight but only about 8 pounds overall. The parasite approach seemed a little far fetched to me and the weight I lost could honestly of been water weight.
