So what’s a guy or gal to do? Well, the FL4I people say you need to mix it up a little. One of the critical things you get with their program is a “diet generator” that tells you what to eat each day. It produces a menu for you to follow, and you don’t have to worry about counting calories, grams of fat, or carbs.

The Fat Loss 4 Idiots claim is that you can look at food as your friend, not your enemy. By “eating the right meals in the right pattern,” you can actually activate special fat-burning hormones within your body, and lose weight.

This diet seems legit. I like that it’s based on solid principles of burning more calories than you consume. The diet generator really does make it “idiot proof,” hence the title of the program. They promise that you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days. While not staggering, it’s also realistic.
