<p>I&#8217;ve said it so much that I&#8217;m almost sick of even hearing it any more, but long cardio DOES NOT WORK for burning fat. There is simply too much evidence to the contrary. What it takes is building some muscle and actually changing the composition of your body. I&#8217;ve done it and you can do it too.<br />

Yes, both those elements are requirements. What Flavia is doing for you here is putting it all together into a plan that WORKS. You don&#8217;t need to do the research yourself or scour the internet, sifting through various &#8220;expert&#8221; points of view. It&#8217;s all right here and at a very, very reasonable price.</p>
<p>What you get is 5 &#8220;DVDs&#8221; &#8211; you can opt for actual DVDs to be sent to you, but I prefer the downloads. It&#8217;s cheaper and easier and you get them immediately.
