I may even just take the dog for a walk on the beach, but the secret lies therein that you do something active everyday for at least 15 to 30 minutes.
4. Finally, I STOPPED CHASING every diet or weight loss program that looked promising. I selected one that I have researched and found to be based upon healthy precepts, and I suggest you do the same.
