High intensity interval training (HIIT) effectively works. It burns more fat and it is one of the greatest scientifically right weight loss training method out there. Hard work is essential in this type of training but the majority of the times, an hour or two of this is more effective that staying on a average training for hours. You could never lose too much weight if you would only do a weight loss training method for ten minutes every day. You couldn’t perhaps think this when anyone tells you that reducing weight is as easy as ten minutes of cardio training each day.
It is not always the case on losing fat is losing weight. Don’t worry too much about targeting fats. They are not always the main reason why you are overweight. You even need enough fat to be healthy. Even those that have bodybuilding bodies have some healthy percentage of fat in them.
In most cases, people who want to reduce fats by a weight loss exercise routine would want to target their abs. However, this is very hard and most people would fail to achieve it. Do you know what this is? You need the determination and the perseverance to target and reduce fats from specific parts of the body using a weight loss training method. If you have belly fats and decided to lose weight, you could have those belly fats until the end. Fat loss training do not actually target specific parts of the body. Most practices would make you lose weight in general.

There is no such thing as a universal weight loss training. Overeating and under-exercising would always play a role in obesity, but your genes would always have a say about it.
